Ticker GO

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Ticker GO app for Android and iOS and the web version at tickergo.oxinion.com (together, the “App”). “We” and “us” mean the developer of Ticker GO. By tapping Accept or by using the App, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

1. The game

Ticker GO turns real stock price charts into race tracks. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to play it for your own entertainment. We may add, change, or remove levels, features, and content at any time.

2. Not investment advice

Ticker GO is a game. Charts, prices, rankings, and anything else shown in the App are for entertainment only. They are not financial advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Market data comes from third parties, may be delayed or incomplete, and is not guaranteed to be accurate. Don’t make investment decisions based on the App.

3. Fair play

When you use the App, you agree not to:

4. Ads and in-app content

The App is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. Lives earned by watching an ad, coins, stars, and Tickerdex cards have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money. If we offer paid purchases in the future, they will be processed by Google Play or the App Store under their terms.

5. Your data

How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Your progress is saved on your device, so deleting the App or clearing its data can erase it.

6. Ownership

The App, its name, artwork, code, and sounds belong to us or our licensors. Company names and ticker symbols belong to their owners and appear only to identify the charts; their use doesn’t mean those companies endorse the App.

7. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t promise it will always work, be error-free, or keep your progress forever.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost progress, or any trading or investment losses connected to the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

9. Ending use

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end access to the App, or to parts of it, if these terms are broken or if we stop offering it.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. When the changes are significant, the App will ask you to accept them again.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
