Ticker GO

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Ticker GO is a racing game where real stock price charts become the track. This policy explains what information the Ticker GO app for Android and iOS and the web version at tickergo.oxinion.com (together, the “App”) collect, how it is used, and who it is shared with. “We” and “us” mean the developer of Ticker GO.

1. The short version

2. Information stored on your device

The App saves the following on your device so you can pick up where you left off:

This information is not sent to us. It is removed when you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the App tells you when your lives are full again. This reminder is scheduled on your device; no notification data or device token is sent to us. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

3. Information our servers receive

Charts, the level list, and ticker suggestions are loaded from our servers. When the App makes these requests, our servers receive:

We use this only to return the requested data, keep the service running and secure, and prevent abuse. Because the App has no accounts, these requests are not linked to your identity. Request logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted.

To answer those requests, our servers retrieve market data from third-party providers such as Yahoo Finance. Those providers receive the ticker symbol only, not your IP address or anything about you.

4. Advertising

The App shows ads through Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads (for example, watching an ad for an extra life) and full-screen ads between levels. To serve, measure, and limit how often you see ads, and to prevent ad fraud, AdMob may collect:

Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), the App asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change that choice later. On iOS, the App asks for permission before your advertising identifier can be used for tracking. On any device you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

Google’s use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

4a. Analytics

To improve the game we use Google Analytics for Firebase. It records how the App is used, such as app opens, levels started and finished, the ticker and chart range of a run, scores, ads shown and buttons tapped, along with basic device information (device model, operating system, app version, language and approximate country) and an app instance identifier. It does not receive your name, email or contacts. Google’s handling of this data is described in the Firebase privacy information. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

4b. Google Play Games (Android app)

The Android app uses Google Play Games Services. If you are signed in to Google Play Games on your device, the App signs in automatically; you never enter a password in the App. A copy of your game progress (levels reached, stars, best scores and the cards in your Tickerdex) is stored in your Google Play Games account using Google’s saved games feature, so it can be restored after reinstalling or on another Android device. This copy lives in your Google account, not on our servers, and we do not receive your Google account details. Google’s handling of Play Games data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can play without Play Games; your progress then stays on your device only. You can delete the saved copy in the Google Play Games app or in your Google account settings.

5. What the App does not collect

The App does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, precise location, or files, and it does not collect financial account or payment information. The App has no in-app purchases.

6. How information is shared

We share information only with the service providers that make the App work:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the App.

7. Data retention and deletion

Game progress stays on your device until you clear the App’s data or uninstall it. The Play Games copy (Android) stays in your Google account until you delete it there. Server request logs are deleted after a limited period. Because there are no accounts, we hold no profile about you to delete. If you have a question about data related to your use of the App, contact us. Data collected by Google AdMob is governed by Google’s retention practices, and you can reset your advertising ID at any time.

8. Security

All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use industry-standard measures to protect the service.

9. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age where you live, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information. Because the App does not identify you, most of these requests can be met by clearing the App’s data and managing your ad settings as described above. For anything else, contact us.

11. Not investment advice

Ticker GO is a game. Charts, prices, and signals shown in the App are for entertainment only and are not financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how the App handles data, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
